AstroReactTailwindMySQLNode.js
A bilingual (English/Arabic) menu and online ordering website for the Awl Lahza restaurant, with a full admin panel behind it.
Why I built it
So customers can browse the menu and order directly, while the owner manages products, prices, opening hours and orders on their own, without touching any code.
How it works
Built with Astro, React and Tailwind on a Node server, with a MySQL database. The server re-checks every price before saving an order, and the admin area is protected with hashed passwords, rate limiting and security headers.
Highlights
- Digital menu in English and Arabic, grouped by category, with photos, options and calories
- Cart and cash-payment order form that unlocks after pressing “Order now”
- Admin panel: add products and photos, mark items sold out, set ordering hours, track order status, manage admins
- Ordering closes automatically outside opening hours and shows the time until the next opening
JavaScriptHTMLCSSIndexedDB
A free web CV builder in Turkish with 25 templates. Your CV is built and saved entirely in your browser, with no account.
Why I built it
Most CV sites ask for an account or a fee and keep your personal data on their servers. I wanted a tool that is free, quick to use and keeps your data on your own device.
How it works
A static site written in plain JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Drafts are autosaved in the browser (IndexedDB), photos are resized on the device, and the PDF is generated locally with jsPDF and html2canvas, so nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Highlights
- Step-by-step editor: personal info, summary, experience, education, skills, languages, certificates and projects
- 25 template designs with live preview and photo support
- Direct PDF download with selectable text and working links; CV headings in Turkish or English
- JSON backup and restore; no account, no external requests, no outside CV service
CVCreat Mobil
In developmentTypeScriptReact NativeExpoSQLite
The Android version of CVCreat: a free, offline CV builder for your phone. Currently in development.
Why I built it
A lot of people write their CV on their phone. I wanted them to be able to build a clean, professional CV right there, without an account, ads or an internet connection.
How it works
Built with Expo, React Native and TypeScript using Expo Router. CVs are stored in an on-device SQLite database, forms are validated with Zod, and drafts autosave as you type. Country, city and language pickers ship with the app, so they work offline.
Highlights
- Create, duplicate and delete CV drafts that autosave
- 25 template previews and a PDF save dialog
- Searchable offline country/city and language pickers with CEFR levels
- Light, dark and system themes; English or Turkish, picked from the device language
C#SQL
A car rental management application written in C# with an SQL database.
Why I built it
A personal project I built on my own to practise connecting C# code to an SQL database and turning a real business process into working screens.
How it works
Vehicles, customers, rental contracts and sales are stored in an SQL database, and the C# screens read and write those records. The full source code is public on GitHub.
Highlights
- Vehicle and customer management screens
- Rental contract and sales operations
- Full source code published on GitHub
